After your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email from the shipping provider with a tracking link. You can use this link on their website to track your order's location.

We process orders within 1-2 business days. The average delivery time within the EU is 2-3 days.

After your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. We recommend using the tracking link to redirect your order to a nearby pick-up point.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update the shipping details.

As soon as you place your order, we begin packing and preparing your items. If you need to make any changes, please email support@getsunbae.com as soon as possible.

We offer a 60-day return policy, allowing you to return or exchange your item(s) within 60 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

When you order your sunglasses, you'll receive a 100% microfiber pouch specifically designed to clean your sunglasses with.

If a spot remains on your lenses, gently rinse them under lukewarm water to remove dust or debris. Avoid using hot water, as it may damage the coatings on the lenses.
